From the first phone call with Alexandra, the customer service was top notch elite. Alexandra immediately offered an email address for any important documents and advised I would hear back from John later that same day. When John was delayed in court, she reached out to let me know and when he was going to be free. From my first conversation with John, he listened, outlined the pros and cons of the case and was straightforward about expectations and results. He made himself available at all times (including on his vacation). I was contacted as soon as any issues arose or new documentation from opposing counsel was received. Thank you John Rockwell for all you did for us. They are amazing. They went over and beyond to find the person that hit and ran when my son got into a wreck unfortunately the people had no insurance or anything in that matter but they still tried and did amazing work. Mr. Rockwell is a caring, hard nosed and aggressive attorney for his clients. He will go to bat for his clients and won’t quit until his client gets the best results. Being referred to John Rockwell was a true blessing. His representation was beyond our expectation. What was most impressive is that anytime day or night, John was available via text, email or phone. Even on a weekend or holiday, John would personally respond without hesitation. This wasn’t expected yet gave us peace knowing at anytime he was by our side and available to answer questions or ease worries. This man got me time served 54days and also got me time served on Violation of probation.
